主题：A new look at relational aspects of work design
讲座摘要
I will introduce two recent daily diary studies on relational aspects of work design. We in the firstresearchproposed and examined the cross-level moderating effects of social environment variability to understand individuals’ responses todailysocial support and social isolationat work. The second study focuses ongeneralized reciprocity, theinteresting phenomenon“help anyone, if helped by some”. We applied Interaction Ritual Chain (IRC) theory to theorize that individuals can pay it forward based on their previous emotional experiences, moving beyond the predominantobligated toprocess.

王斌，上海大学管理学院副教授，澳大利亚科廷大学博士。入选多项上海市人才计划，国家优秀自费留学生奖学金获得者。在Academy of Management Annals/Journal of Organizational Behavior/Human Resource ManagementJournal等高水平期刊发表论文20余篇，相关成果入选ESI热点论文、高被引论文、Wiley Top Downloaded Article和Wiley Top Cited Article。
